Welcome to Evening Glory: Level 2, our bi-weekly social for crocheters who are ready to move beyond the practice square.
Every two weeks, we tackle a specific, achievable mini-project. No year-long blanket commitments here -just cool, functional items you can (mostly) finish in a session with a drink in hand.
🧵 This Week’s Project: The Coffee Cozy
For our first Level 2 session, we are keeping it strictly on-brand. You will be making a bespoke, reusable Coffee Cozy(cup sleeve).
The Skill: Learning how to shape a piece to fit an object and how to attach buttons securely.
The Result: A sustainable, cute alternative to cardboard sleeves that you can use every time you visit us!
✅ Is This For Me?
Please Note: This is not a total beginner class. To enjoy this session, you must be comfortable with:
Holding the hook and yarn.
Making a foundation chain.
Working a basic Double Crochet
If you have never crocheted before, please book our Level 1 Course first!
🎟 What Your Ticket Includes:
The Materials: All the yarn and buttons required for the Coffee Cozy are provided.
The Guidance: Our instructor Claudia will be on hand to teach the specific techniques for the project and help you troubleshoot.
The Drink: Includes any drink from our menu (Barista Coffee, Matcha, Chai, Hot Choc, etc.) to sip while you stitch.
The Vibe: A chilled, creative evening with the Morning Glory community.
We provide the hooks, but feel free to bring your own if you have a lucky favorite!
