Advanced Fundamentals on the TableSomaVeda® Thai Yoga Level 2 deepens your Thai Yoga practice with refined mechanics, therapeutic sequencing, and clinical applications.
Level 2 continues with deeper therapeutic applications and confident table-based delivery. You will refine touch, timing, and leverage while integrating Western anatomy with Ayurvedic principles for whole-body balance.
This weekend builds on Weekend One and advances sequence work with clinical nuance and energetic awareness.
