If you've taken Level 1 and have had some time to practice at home, you are ready for level 2. This 90-minute Level 2 workshop dials the releases in to the head, neck, shoulders and upper back with all new ball placement options for addressing your tension and pain in these areas.
You will learn all new ball placements and how to use multiple sets of balls to address tough pain areas. Level 2 will place a greater emphasis on posture and breath to deepen your release.
This workshop comes with a set of therapy balls as you will learn to combine your therapy balls for even greater options!
