Level 2 Hands-On Adjustments Workshop for Yoga Teachers | Leeds

A 4-hour in-person training at Love Yoga Leeds
Saturday 12th September 2026 | 11:30am–3:30pm
This Level 2 workshop is for teachers and teacher trainees who already have a
foundation in hands-on adjustments and are ready to go deeper, with more
nuance, and confidence.
Over four hours, we’ll revisit key principles of adjustment etiquette and consent, then build on the basics with plenty of time for practice, feedback, and discussion. We’ll explore adjustments that weren’t covered in Level 1, (if you participated) as well as more advanced assists, always with an emphasis on clarity, safety, sensitivity, and presence.
You’ll learn how to read bodies with greater confidence, adapt assists for different needs, and make conscious choices about when touch truly serves the student in front of you.
This training is rooted in community and care. Expect a warm, non-judgemental environment where questions are encouraged, experience levels are respected, and learning happens through doing.
We’ll open with a short grounding flow, break for tea and snacks, and close with time
to integrate what you’ve learned, so you leave feeling clear, capable, and
connected.

discussion
👉Review of foundational adjustments with practice and Q&A
👉Exploration of new and more advanced hands-on adjustments
👉How to adapt assists for different bodies, intentions, and class contexts
👉Plenty of partner work, feedback, and time to ask real-life teaching questions
