~Follow The Call~Are you feeling a soul calling to step into a career as a yoga teacher, serving as a guide to others on their yogic path? Or perhaps you’re a devoted yoga student who wants to deepen your understanding and embodiment of yoga. If you answered yes to one (or both!) of these, you’re in the right place.
~Embodied, authentic & quality training~
Face-to-face, heart-to-heart training held in Airlie Beach, Queensland. This training is facilitated by Bec Russell, a yoga teacher with 10 years experience, in partnership with My Health Mastery School, who have been training yoga teachers since 2003, and are one of Australia’s longest standing yoga schools.
This is not your average Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training. Most Level 1 training are a 200 hour program, however our program is a 350 hour training, that provides you with a solid, grounded and embodied understanding of yoga, and the skills to confidently teach yoga upon graduation, if you so choose.
During the training, you will study across anatomy, physiology, philosophy, history, alignment and adjustment, sequencing and more. You'll be fully supported throughout the process, and fully qualified to work as a yoga teacher at the end of the course, if you so choose.
