No Prior Experience Needed
This 3-session workshop is designed for complete beginners or those just wanting a refresh. You’ll learn proper safety, equipment, and use of the butane torch and how to set up a solder station at home on a budget in limited space. We’ll cover different solder types and temperatures, metal properties and applications for multi operation soldering. You’ll gain the basic skill set needed to begin creating metal jewelry immediately. This is a fast paced and fun course that will give you the knowledge and skill set to continue your silversmithing journey.
There is a supply kit fee made payable to the teacher day of class by cash or check. Please come prepared to pay this fee.
