This six-class series will run on Tuesdays at 6:00pm MDT (this session will be Sep 10, 17, 24 and Oct 1, 8, 15). Our focus will be fundamentals of group improv (formerly known as "American Tribal Style"). You will learn sassy fast moves and ooey-gooey slow moves then we will put them together in combinations to practice.
Please dress in comfortable clothing that allows your posture to be seen - a fitted top and leggings or yoga pants for example. You may want to bring a water bottle, dance shoes, a notebook/pen, finger cymbals (I will have a few sets available to borrow), a hip scarf, and, most importantly, your positive attitude and sense of humor.
