Designed as a refreshing escape during exam season, Let’s Unwind invites students to pause, create, and reconnect in a welcoming and inclusive environment. This vibrant festival brings together a diverse programme of live performances, interactive workshops, inspiring talks, and creative showcases—celebrating the talent and imagination of students from the Faculty of Humanities.

At a time when academic pressure can feel overwhelming, the event offers a gentle break from revision, highlighting the positive impact of creativity on wellbeing. Whether you’re looking to relax, express yourself, or connect with others, Let’s Unwind provides the perfect space to recharge.

Attendees can take part in a range of hands-on experiences, including the Stress-Exchange Postcard Workshop, where participants share and receive messages of encouragement, and the Botanical Canvas Printing Workshop, creating personalised tote bags inspired by plant symbolism and colour psychology.

The programme also features two engaging talks on wellbeing and creativity, a soothing live music performance, and a themed exhibition showcasing student work.
