A fun, welcoming evening to learn more about menopause, enjoy games and connect with like-minded people in an open, supportive space
About this Event

Join Holland & Barrett and Emma Neville for a fun, educational evening to learn more about menopause, meet like-minded people and find community in a welcoming, safe space.

And yes - there’ll be goodie bags! Take home over £125 worth of feel-good wellness goodies, expertly picked to bring a smile to your face.

Expect fun games, followed by an open conversation with Emma and Rowan, Holland & Barrett’s Women’s Health Coach. There’ll be plenty of opportunities to ask the questions you might have felt too nervous to ask before. Nothing is off limits: no filters, no taboos.

Emma Neville is a person-centred counsellor, qualified menopause coach and philanthropist who volunteers with numerous charities. She launched This Is Me to create a supportive space where women can share experiences, challenge stigma around early and natural menopause, and find practical advice.

Holland & Barrett is committed to supporting women through every stage of life. Its trained Women’s Health Coaches can help customers explore their hormone health and find personalised support. And if you’d like to talk one-to-one, H&B also offers free, confidential virtual appointments with a trained Menopause Nurse.

Whether you’re experiencing menopause yourself, supporting someone who is or simply curious to learn more, you’re warmly invited. Come for the conversation and stay for the community.
