Let’s Go Fishing! Spring Break Freshwater Fishing CampJoin us for an action-packed three-day fishing camp where you'll master the essentials of fishing while having fun outdoors! This camp is designed to teach you the fundamentals, from ethical fishing practices to hands-on skills.
Where: Withlacoochee River Park
Dates: March 17-19, 2025
Time: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM daily
Ages: 8-15 years
Cost: $60.00 per child
Daily Schedule (subject to change):
Monday: Dive into the basics of fishing! Learn about fishing ethics, fish identification, casting, baiting, and knot tying. Get plenty of hands-on practice from the shore to build your skills.
Tuesday: Put your fishing skills to the test while learning essential boating safety. Campers will also have the exciting opportunity to navigate the river in a jon boat!
Wednesday: Field trip! Location to be determined.
