Breathwork event with Jaime

Hi! I'm so excited to spend this time with you! This in-person breathwork event is for ages 18 and older and will be in the Skyline Elementary School library. This evening will give you the opportunity to release, heal, restore, and connect. Just come with an open mind and heart for your own personal experience, no sharing is required.

During our session, you'll be lying down comfortably on your back and the only exercise you’ll be doing is intentional breathing. I'll teach you the breathing technique and then coach you through the session. Our session will be set to motivational music and will include a short mediation, followed by an active breathing set, and integration/rest time.
A yoga mat, blanket, and eye mask will be provided. Please wear comfy clothes and bring a pillow to place under your knees to support your lower back and an extra blanket. Also, it's best to not eat a big meal 2-3 hours before your session.
