This in-person event is designed to help you connect with your inner self, release blockages, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore the power of breath and healing energy for enhancing your well-being.

What to Bring & How to Prepare:

• Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement and relaxation.
• Eating: Avoid eating 2 hours before the session, or eat lightly if needed.
• Comfort Items: mats, pillows, blankets, and bolsters are provided. Please feel free to bring any personal items of comfort or support (e.g., additional blankets, pillows, water bottle, eyemask, crystals, journal, or talisman).
