Alright everyone since the Dash to Bash Race is cancelled I’m putting together a race/walk up Trashmore for the challenge to beat epilepsy!
We will start in the building and walk or run up Mt Trashmore! Options are:
Walk up and back down 1.36 miles 1x
Walk up and back down 2.75 miles 2x
Walk up and back down 4.11 miles 3x
Now I want you to challenge yourself and do what you can! If you can only do it once that’s great it’s still always a challenge!
I walked it 3x time to find the pace and that it’s 4.11 miles just over a mile longer than the usual race! I am coming off 9 months post surgery from knee replacement I did find it to be bit easier than I thought. Really when you walk it’s mostly flat as in its steep about twice but the rest of it is sorta flat it’s just isn’t steep all the way up!
So let’s rock the socks off Epilepsy and walk this challenge of a Mountain they call ant Trashmore and conquer it!
