Payment Schedule
- Deposit is $150 per person non-refundable
- Final payment due: May 31st, 2026.
- Rooms need to be booked and secured by: May 16th, 2026.
- Monthly payments are required and each participant will be invoiced monthly on 15th/30-31st.
- Deposit is due March 15th. Cancellation trip is non refundable 45 days prior to trip.

- 45+days prior to departure $150 deposit
- 45-29 days prior to departure $150 + 50% total room cost non refundable
-29 days or less prior to departure- 100% non refundable.
