Letters to Then & Now - An Inner Child + Future Self Writing Experience

Join us for a unique in-person experience where you get to write heartfelt letters to your inner child and your future self.

Letters to Then & Now is a two-hour guided writing experience designed to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

So much of who we are today was shaped in childhood, by what we experienced, what we learned to suppress, and what we needed but didn’t always receive. This experience creates space to gently acknowledge that younger version of yourself with compassion, understanding, and care.

During this event, participants will write two meaningful letters:

• A letter to their inner child — offering acknowledgment, validation, and appreciation

• A letter to their future self — written one year from now, focused on intention, growth, and the person you are becoming

No writing experience is necessary.

• A calm, supportive environment

• Guided reflection and journaling prompts

• Time and space to write at your own pace

• Gentle integration and grounding to close the experience

Participants will leave with:

• Two personal letters to keep and reflect on

• A deeper sense of clarity and self-compassion

• A grounded moment of connection with themselves

This experience is for anyone who:

• Wants to slow down and reflect intentionally

• Feels ready to honor their inner child with compassion

• Wants to set meaningful intentions for the year ahead
