This month’s Sound Bath on Sunday, February 22nd from 12:30-2pm invites participants to center the heart—cultivating love, compassion, and emotional balance. Through immersive sound and vibration, we gently open and support the heart chakra, releasing the stillness of winter and creating space for renewed energy, creativity, and connection!
As the sounds move through the body, they encourage softness where there has been tension, deepen self-love, and restore a sense of connection—to ourselves, to others, and to the present moment.
Aligned with the museum’s mission to nurture both individual and collective well-being through the arts, this experience invites participants to awaken their inner light and expand their awareness of harmony, within and beyond themselves.
