Walking is one of the most powerful steps you can take to living a healthier, happier life. Join us for some exercise all while discovering beautiful walking routes throughout the Lehigh Valley with AARP Lehigh Valley volunteers. The walks are designed for all levels and will accommodate different paces and distances. We will meet in person for our group walks on eight select Tuesdays this fall! The walk will begin promptly at 10 am and last for an hour. Register for one or all eight of the scheduled walks!
