Let’s Talk Production is a 2-day conference designed for church production and worship teams who serve with excellence behind the scenes and on the front lines of ministry every week.
This year, we are addressing the real challenges creative teams face but rarely talk about: burnout from constant pressure, feeling overwhelmed by weekly expectations, being stretched beyond capacity, and serving with excellence while feeling unseen. This experience creates space for honest conversations and practical solutions for the people who make ministry happen, while always keeping Jesus at the center of why we serve.
Through hands-on breakout sessions in audio, lighting, video directing, broadcast, stage design, systems, worship technology, team leadership, and communication, every session is built to strengthen both skill and spiritual purpose. This conference is not just about better production, it is about building healthy teams that serve God with clarity, conviction, and excellence.
