Ballinderry Community Hub is delighted to be able to facilitate a "Let's talk Menopause" workshop this September. Two experienced speakers will deliver advice, give direction and answer your questions, giving you a better understanding of the impact menopause can have.
Our first speaker Karen Pateman is a Trustee of "Menopause Together" Northern Ireland's first dedicated menopause charity. Menopause Together aims to ensure that women are educated, empowered and supported to have a better menopause experience.
Our second speaker Dr Fionnuala Vernon is a GP who is a Menopause Specialist, with British Menopause Society and has accredited clinics in Armagh & Omagh. She is passionate about supporting Women’s Health and wellness.
This is a wonderful opportunity for local women to come together and learn the FACTS around the often mystifying subject of Menopause.
