Let's Talk Health Training

“Let’s Talk Health” is a brand-new training course provided by Thriving Nottingham which aims to equip residents and non-clinical workers of Nottingham with the necessary tools to have what we call a healthy conversation. A healthy conversation can occur when someone mentions they are concerned about their weight creeping up, maybe they got more out of breath than they’d like when running for the bus or are expressing an interest in quitting smoking, anything to do with health or lifestyle counts! This training session intends to empower people to be able to continue those conversations, and support people to access the services they need without it feeling awkward or forced"
