A very practical training on RON and Notarization Basics. Think about it as a post-commission mentorship focused on real life scenarios.
About this Event

In this training we will cover few real life scenarios and how to properly conduct the notarization.

• We will first go over a mock remote online notarization.
• We will take a look at some rules for proper notarization.
• We will then jump into some hands-on practice.
• And finally, we will conclude our training with a Q&A session.

At the end of this training, we should be able to have a clear understanding of what the requirements are when it comes to properly notarizing any document regardless of the scenario. It is crucial to understand the importance of properly filled out notarial certificates and also the importance of standard professional care and conducts. We will have a better understanding of our approved vendors when it comes to remote online notarization and which one to select.

If you are a newly commissioned notary public who is still hesitant to take on your first notarization, or even if you are a seasoned notary who would like to improve your notarization skills, please feel free to grab your ticket as chances are you will acquire one or two useful knowledge, or you may be able to share some of your knowledge with us.

If you are an employed notary from a UPS store, a bank, a credit union, a tax preparation office, a title company or an escrow company, a settlement services company, a DMV services company, or any other company, this will definitely benefit you as well.
