"Men can't listen well, and women can't park." While stereotypes about gender differences are often exaggerated, subtle differences in communication styles between men and women do exist. This workshop focuses on recognizing and bridging these differences in professional settings and provides insight into various communication styles, improves mutual understanding and cooperation, and strengthens self-confidence in mixed teams. Participants will learn to recognize typical communication patterns and techniques for effective gender-neutral communication. Prevent misunderstandings for good!
