Join Crit Nasty and friends as they share foolproof pre-race rituals and expert tips to help you crush it this season. Whether you’re new to racing, looking for a little inspiration, or just want to hang out with fellow riders, this event is for you. All women welcome!

We’ll have yummy snacks, a presentation by the legendary Lisa Howard, and an open Q&A with a panel of local racers from Crit Nasty and the Vancouver women’s racing community, past and present.
