Let's Lift the Curfew - Thursday Outrun

This autumn marks the fourth year of Let's Lift the Curfew, the national movement from This Girl Can aiming to end the curfew imposed on women by safety fears during darker nights.
Every year, the clocks go back – and every year, women’s worlds shrink.
When the clocks go back on Sunday 25 October, millions of women across the UK will once again see their world get smaller as the nights get darker.
Safety concerns affect where they go, when they go, who they go with and whether they can be active outdoors at all.
We are inviting members of the public to join one of our Thursday Outruns - it is free, but they need to sign up with the link below so we have ICE details.
Run - Distance: 5 miles (approx) with a Coach leading and tailing the group; no one will be left behind.
Meet at 6:20 pm for a 6:30 pm start. Hi-Vis clothing and TORCH are essential!
Who can come?
All members of Reading Roadrunners (just turn up), whether a full or non-track member.
Members of the public can come, providing they sign up here https://readingroadrunners.myclubhouse.co.uk/Events/Calendar/View?id=461
