This hands-on workshop will be led by Janelle, a cherished Shop 3430 supporter and friend, who will guide you through each step of the process—from mixing and rolling to grilling and folding.
Lefse is a soft, potato-based flatbread that holds a special place in Norwegian heritage. Often made during the holidays and passed down through generations, it’s traditionally served with butter, sugar, and cinnamon—or filled with savory delights. No experience necessary—just bring your curiosity and appetite! All materials are provided and included in the $15 fee.
