Let's Learn to Create Charcuterie Like the Pros!

Join us at the historic AHYP for what's sure to be a fun night as we learn how to make and build our own charcuterie boards! Chef Shawn Stockdill will lead the class teaching us about the different components, display and everything else when it comes to what makes a successful (and delicious) charcuterie board! Chef Shawn's talents have been on display at venues such as the Carnegie Museums, Phipps Conservatory, and Renaissance Pittsburgh, to name a few.

In addition to your charcuterie display and a drink ticket, your ticket also includes your very own board that you can personalize. Note, you can't personalize it that night, you'd have to do it ahead of time by coming by the club. Maybe make a night of that, too!
