Join us for Let's Keep Talking, an invitation to the community to come together for an open and honest conversation about mental health with Canadian Olympian Clara Hughes during Mental Illness Awareness Week.
Hear Clara's story of living with depression during the height of her career as an elite professional athlete competing in both the Summer and Winter Olympic Games.
Five outstanding Nova Scotians who are making strides in mental health support, education, and advocacy will also be recognized with a Let's Keep Talking Award.
