This Sunday Pop Up is the last class of the year. It is a mix of mobility and Yin.Ahhh its December and we are fried!! A class to give us all some space and time to relax, move and reflect on the past year.
A nice slow one this time. We will gentley mobilise the body, bring some stillness into your practice with some lovely supported Yin poses. An extended Breath and Mindfulness practice too as a real treat to allow you just to be.
The class is a small class allowing plenty of time for adjustments and modifications, giving you insight to improve your practice.
As this one is a class with less movement I have added a couple of extra spaces (only for this class), just in case there are a few more of you that need the benefits.
