Let's Get Physical Adult Dance Workshop

Get ready to sweat, smile and unleash your inner pop icon at my Let’s Get Physical Dance Class! Join me on Saturday March 21st, 2–3pm at Grey Lynn ARC for a high-energy aerobic session packed with feel-good vibes and fierce choreography.

We’ll kick off with an upbeat warm-up to get your body moving, then build into a fun, easy-to-follow routine designed to boost confidence and cardio fitness. Expect big performance energy — think Dua Lipa sass, Olivia Newton-John retro glam, and full Flashdance attitude.

This class is all about empowerment, sweat and joy in a supportive, welcoming space. Wear your brightest spandex, leggings, leg warmers and headbands for maximum 80s flair. All levels are welcome, so come ready to move, laugh and let’s get physical together! 💃✨
