We’ll talk cheese history, holiday recipes and perfect pairings as we nibble and sip through a flight of seasonal favorites.

Oh, an we think it will be fun to get gussied up in some fancy(ish) attire for the event!

About your cheese instructor:

Adam Goddu, is a born and raised "Mass-hole." He is a long-time specialty food and beverage professional who has done everything from train cheesemongers and run public education classes at Murray's Cheese (NYC) to leading sales and training for Eden Ciders (VT) and curating bar and retail beverage programs for Stone's Throw Pizza (also in VT). He's chuffed to be back behind the counter sharing the bounty of local New England producers and International legends alike.
