It's time for a tropical getaway! Join Chef Tischa as she guides you to make juicy Jamaican Chicken Wings with a zesty homemade sauce. Learn to make the ultimate comfort side - red beans and rice. This call is a flavor-packed island adventure that will have you looking for a beach chair and an umbrella. Stay and enjoy a meal with your classmates and chef.
Tisha is the owner of Versatile Catering, a woman and minority-owned catering company. She blends African, Caribbean and global flavors to create bold, made-from-scratch dishes that honor tradition but with a modern twist.
This is an in-person hands-on class. Participants will work with the chef instructor in our kitchen to prepare the recipes listed in the class description. Everyone will then get to enjoy these recipes together.
