Hosted by Avani Fernander of 4 The Love Of Events, in partnership with Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, and Braxton Gardiner Photography, "Let's Connect!" is a free, in-person workshop built for wedding planners building their business, ready to sharpen how they operate, from the moment a lead comes in to the final vendor handshake.

You'll walk away with real tools for converting leads into an elevated client experience, building vendor and venue relationships that hold up under pressure, and showing up with the kind of presence that earns trust. Because that feeling isn't about price, it's about how well the details are handled.

The day includes hands-on breakout exercises, a property tour of Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, complimentary professional headshots, and a collaborative discussion. Plus giveaways throughout the day.

This workshop is intended for planners who:

• Have been operating for approximately 1–5 years
• Hold a valid business license
• Have an active business website
• Have a business social media presence
