Let's Bike HV celebrates both National Bike Month and Mental Health Awareness Month. After all, cycling is excellent exercise that can connect people to nature and helps reduce stress, anxiety and depression by lowering cortisol and producing more “feel good” endorphins. Plus: It’s fun!
