At least half of all breast cancer cases are preventable, and lifestyle choices can enhance survival after breast cancer has been diagnosed. Learn about how you can improve your odds of beating breast cancer in a 2 hour Let's Beat Breast Cancer class! I am offering one in Jaffrey, NH on Saturday, October 18th from 11am-1pm. I will share information from the Physicians Committee's Food For Life curriculum in this dynamic class. We will have discussion, view an educational video, there will be cooking demonstrations, and everyone gets to taste dishes that help women and men prevent and fight breast cancer. Participants go home with written materials including the recipes.
The intended audience are breast cancer survivors, their family and friends, and those wishing to reduce their chances of breast cancer. Both men and women are welcome! All materials included.
