In this uplifting workshop, we’ll blend flowing yoga with free-spirited, dance-like movements that will leave you smiling from the inside out. No dance experience? No problem. Never tried yoga? Perfect! Whether you’re a curious beginner or a seasoned yogi, you’ll feel right at home.
Along the way, you’ll explore your seven main chakras (the body’s energy centers) while moving to an eclectic mix of world music that shifts from gentle and flowing to playful and energizing. You’ll have full permission to move in the way that feels best for YOUR body.
We’ll close with a blissful savasana (deep relaxation) to ground all that joy and leave you feeling centered, open, and refreshed. Think of it as yoga, dance, and soul play all rolled into one.
