This event will start with a cord cutting ritual to sever unhealthy or draining emotional and energetic attachments to people, situation, beliefs, or past traumas that no longer serve your well-being and personal growth. Next, Kelsey will guide us through restorative yoga and yoga nidra to calm the nervous system, integrate emotional shifts, and fill any energetic “voids” left behind.
An evening of letting go, so we can continue to grow.
