About this Event

We will move through guided reflection, release, and breathwork before settling into a 20-minute immersive sound bath. We close the evening setting intentions over tea, as you return home a little lighter than when you arrived.

Friendships form naturally here. So does something quieter and harder to name.

Think less woo, more warmth. Laughter comes easily. Tears are welcome. Everything shared is held with care.
