Info: Experience a deeply restorative blend of sound healing and Reiki. We begin with a brief introduction and guided breathwork to help you settle into your floating chair with comfort and ease.
Amanda creates an immersive sound journey using crystal and Tibetan bowls, intuitively moving through the space to support energetic and physical release.
Norah channels Reiki and Auma Khua-Ki® to cleanse and prepare the space, ensuring a clear and harmonious energetic environment before guests arrive. During the session, Norah channels healing energy from both modalities, holding a grounded energetic container
Together, we guide you into relaxation and gently bring you back with chakra-based affirmations and grounding. Personal session sign-ups with our healing team are available after the retreat.

Info: Closing circle is all about harnessing the energy and sealing it in. Together we chant and cheers in the new year with affirmations that support our growth. This is also an opportunity to share your experiences from the day. You will leave with a gift valued at $35.
