Join Socialist Alternative's Black Caucus for a meeting to discuss Trump's attacks on the Black community and how we can fight back!
About this Event

Black people are facing tremendous attacks from the Trump regime: the legacy of the Civil Rights movement is being torn down, unemployment is increasing for Black workers and youth, state governments across the country are redrawing districts and disenfranchising Black voters, and Trump’s war on “woke” has resulted in devastating cuts to Medicaid/Medicare and other vital social services, disproportionately impacting Black Americans.

We don't have to sit here and take these attacks laying down, but we can't rely on the courts or the Democrats to win us back our rights; we'll have to fight for them ourselves.

Join Socialist Alternative's Black Caucus for a discussion on the fight for our rights today and the lessons we can draw from the Civil Rights and Black Power movements. We will be screening a national Zoom call of the Black Caucus and discussing together in-person and with activists from across the country!
