'Les Rosbifs' A Yorkshire Summer Meal @ The Camberwell Arms
About this Event
Inspired by the illustrations of Will’s grandad, Peter Kneebone, Café Kneebone’s first pop-up celebrates Peter’s birthplace, Yorkshire.
“Les Rosbifs” is the affectionate French nickname for the English, a reference to our enduring love of roast beef. For one evening, we’re leaning into the cliché.
For this first event, we’ll be serving a Yorkshire Summer Meal built around ingredients from some of our favourite growers, producers and suppliers.
Arrival from 6:30pm, with dinner served from 7:30pm.
Smoked Mackerel with Pickled Rhubarb on Toast
Roast Beef with Yorkshire Curd Tart, Watercress and Horseradish
Brandy Snap with Summer Berry Jelly
We look forward to welcoming you.
