Join us for a festive evening of expert advice, delicious food, and holiday cheer! Enjoy abundant appetizers from Bella Bru, a complimentary drink, and a chance to win one of five raffle prizes featuring “secret strategy” gifts from the speakers.
The event will feature a panel discussion among the following five experts, all members of the LDEI Sacramento Chapter, who will provide science-based strategies to help both professional and home cooks navigate the holiday season with greater ease.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Les Dames d'Escoffier Sacramento Scholarship & Philanthropy Fund, which provides financial support for women in our community pursuing careers in agriculture, food production, culinary arts, nutrition, and more.
Meet Our Host and Panelists:
- Host: Amy Myrdal Miller, MS, RDN, FAND
Award-winning dietitian, cookbook author, and founder of Farmer’s Daughter Consulting. Amy brings decades of experience in nutrition, research, and food industry leadership. - Panelist: Lisa Falcone, RDN, CEC, CP-FS

Nutrition and Industry Affairs Officer for Dairy Council of California. Ashley builds healthier communities through science-based nutrition solutions.

About Les Dames d'Escoffier International (LDEI) Sacramento Chapter: LDEI is an international philanthropic organization of women leaders in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries.
