General infoLes Arbres Magiques, also know as LAM, is a series of long distance events in the first 6 months of 2025. Building up from 100km in January to the grand final, 800km, at the end of May. You can ride on your own or in group. Routes are built for you, through different landscapes with 'Arbres Magiques' 😃
You might have skipped the 100 & 200 but let this 300km be THE beginning of your Journey/Training towards 'Les Arbres Magiques 800km ULTRA'.
Or maybe it's just another ride because you enjoy riding your bike.

Option 1: € 25 for this 300km
Option 2: € 110 if you register (before 15/01/2025) for the distances 100/200/300 & 400km
Option 3: € 265 if you register ((before 15/01/2025) for the 100/200/300/400 AND 800km

Goal of this 300km
Next to the 100 & 200km goals we add another aspect: 'Get Mentally Prepared'
Base Miles during winter are important. And not only if you want to go 'long' during summer events/challenges/races/... You can use this ride to start your training towards summer with the weather as an extra challenge. Dress up, pace yourself, take an extra layer with you if you have doubts, don't let some rain stop you :-D
How do you find out if 1 stop is enough? Check the route for extra re-supply points if necessary. Cycling in the cold burns more energy + staying hydrated in cold weather can be challenging. Preparation is key!
Prepare yourself for to be mentally challenged by doubts, fatigue,... Visualize your goal, stay calm (by controlling your breathing) & remember why you registered for this amazing ride.

Your participation means a lot!
The organization donates € 1 per rider to 'Plan Boommarter'. Plan Boommarter is an initiative creating more nature (& future Arbre Magiques :-) ) in the area around Halle. Eventually connecting the Hallerbos with the Sonian Forest again.
