Hailing from a fishing family and growing up on the fishing wharf, Leon Gallant heard many local stories and grew up to love the art of storytelling from his father Tommy, the gentle and 'faithful fisherman'. Leon will tell his stories through original music and feature some other powerful stories composed by friends and local legends.
Leon will be accompanied by his band of multi-talented musicians; Chris Gauthier with a classic country telecaster guitar, Brendan 'Spoon Man' Peters and Olivia Blacquiere on piano and traditional island influenced step dancing.
