Join Aberdeen's newest funk, jazz, and soul band performing live at the Olympia Eagles lodge, for their Monday night jazz series!
Leo Sunshine, formed by Kyla Etges in 2025, is comprised of the finest musicians in the Grays Harbor area. Kyla is a saxophonist, flutist, composer, bandleader, and educator from Denver, Colorado. She has a Masters in Jazz Studies from Middle Tennessee State University, has released four solo albums, and has toured with various projects nationwide and worldwide. She is an adjunct professor at Middle Tennessee State University, teaching Introduction to Music. Kyla was a mainstay in the Denver and Nashville music scenes, and has recently relocated to Pacific Northwest! Every member of Leo Sunshine is an active member of the gig circuit and community band tradition in Grays Harbor, Olympia, Seattle, and beyond. Their repertoire of uniquely-arranged covers and original compositions is sure to get you dancing!
