During this season of Lent, as a church we will be focussing and exploring the spiritual discipline of fasting as part of our preparation for Easter. Fasting is a long-standing Lenten tradition, practised by Jesus and many others before and since.
To enhance this Lent experience, we are offering optional sessions to explore different methods of abstinence, ask questions, and connect with others on the same path.
These gatherings offer an opportunity to discover Lent disciplines in fresh, meaningful ways that can truly deepen your prayer life, explore your spirituality, and strengthen your faith. Whether you’re new to these disciplines or looking to try something different.
