Featured workshops will explore essential topics including demystifying breastfeeding, navigating hospital births with confidence, balancing postpartum care for both parent and child, the impact of nutrition on wellness and breastfeeding, and supporting fathers through early parenthood. A special vision boarding session will offer attendees a sacred space to set meaningful intentions for birth and postpartum goals.
