Join us for FAITH FLEX, a 7-week in-person experience designed to help you heal from the inside out—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

Each Saturday session includes: A faith-based lesson to help you heal layer by layer from pain-based identity to your true identity in Christ. Psychological + spiritual guidance to support your personal

Journaling prompts as tools for daily reflection and healing Prayer and connection in a supportive community A guided workout to care for your body as you renew your mind

We’ll gather every Saturday in August + the first two Saturdays in September—a total of 7 sessions—centered on Romans 12:2: “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

One-time payment covers all sessions—no extra fees.
