Kia Ora! A warm invitation to an evening of sound healing, celebration and ceremony for the summer solstice. This year falling on the 22nd of December. Hosted by Nicola Rose Gibbons, brought through with song, drumming, singing bowls and other instruments. These groups are also a place to meet and gather. Simply lie down comfortably to receive the frequencies. For deep relaxation and calming of the nervous system.
This session involves chakra balancing for your energy field. Gentle but powerful activations for each point, energy healing for harmonising. Specifically working with the solar plexus area, your power centre, within your own divinity and grace remembering. Remembering and reclaiming what you already know.
