Kia Ora! This group is all about connection. We warmly invite you to an afternoon packed full of goodies. Hosted by Nicola Rose Gibbons and Michelle Waring. In co creation, purely for the joy of sounding out. With sound healing, much interaction, and many laughter sprinklings.Connecting OUT
This section will work with fabulous uplifting techniques that are mostly inspired from Yogic traditions including movement, sound and other activities to enable us to feel a sense of connection to ourselves, each other and the world. We will be using the voice, body and the power of the group to lift our energy and create joy.
Connecting IN
The second part of the workshop will leave you with a deep sense of peace as we connect inwards. Simply lie down to receive. Light language, chakra balancing, guided meditation and sound healing, using the Crystal Singing bowls and other instruments to soothe you.
Nicola is a sound healer known for her work with light language, voice toning, and vibrational healing. She works mainly with the voice, drum and bringing in other instruments, The light language is Lemurian coding, and assists in activating the DNA, and hooking into the divine template of who you truly are.
Michelle has many feathers in her cap. As a sound healer, a music teacher and also a yoga teacher, she is well versed in the world of voice, music and movement. She will bring her foray of magic with many different instruments including the crystal singing bowls and flute.
For your comfort, bring a cushion, something to lie on, a blanket and your water bottle. After the group, there is the option to stay for a shared kai, if you would like to join, bring a plate to share and have dinner together.
When we speak of Lemuria, its not just talking about an ancient civilisation. But speaking about a way of being. A level of consciousness and a spiritual vibration that many believe humanity is slowly returning to today. The significance of Lemuria is not just in its past but in its presence within us right now, in this very moment.
The wisdom of Lemuria comes as a gentle whisper, a sacred reminder to slow down and breathe and to return to the heart.
