LEMP has directly impacted over 32,000 people, including conducting 25 Seasons of structured mentorship sessions.

We are thrilled to share that 2025 marks 10 years since the inception of LEMP—a decade of transforming lives through leadership development, mentorship, and community impact. This milestone would not have been possible without the unwavering support of dedicated partners, Alumni, and friends like you.

To celebrate this achievement, we are organizing a 10th Anniversary Celebration on Friday, 15th August, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm to reflect on our journey, honor our mentors and alumni, and outline our vision for the next decade of empowerment.
